[September 4, 2016] Datacentre outage location Netherlands (Ede)

At this moment multiple VPS-accounts are offline due to an technical issue in our datacentre in The Netherlands. The problem is caused by issues with network connectivity. We are working on resolving the issue. No ETA is known at this time.


Update 13:45 - We have chosen to restart a core component in order to research the issue further. This appears to have improved the situation, but unfortunately there is still no known ETA at this moment. We will update this message when the issue is resolved.


Update 14:15 - The outage has been mitigated, network connectivity is fully restored. All servers are reachable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
