The plugin will ask you for your email address, site url, sFTP hostname, sFTP username and sFTP password.

2. How long does it take to migrate my website?
This varies from 15 minutes to several hours, depending on the size of the website.

3. Do I need to keep my browser open during the migration?
No, this is not necessary, the migration runs in the background. As soon as you start the migration, you will receive an email with a link to the migration dashboard. You will receive an email as soon as the migration is completed.

4. Can I migrate my multisite(s) with the plugin?
Yes, you can! Before you start using the plugin, please send us the aliases and domains of the (sub) sites. We need to add these to our NGINX configuration.

5. Is a Savvii account required to use the plugin?

Yes, you need a Savvii account. Order your package on our website or contact us to find out which package suits you best.
