Our default SSH port is 2222.

You can use the domain name of the shop as hostname for SSH, unless the DNS is not configured yet, then you need to use the IP of the hosting account. If you lost it, contact us.

We don't use IP whitelisting, you can use any IP address to connect from.

You need to know the username of the hosting account. If you lost it, contact us.

You can authenticate by the account's password or by using your SSH key.

If you try a wrong password multiple times, your IP will be blocked, contact us to have it unblocked.

To be able to use your key to authenticate, your public SSH key needs to be added to the hosting account's ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file. You can ask someone with existing access to add it, or the owner of the hosting account can ask us to add your public SSH key.
