How do I reset my sFTP password?

To change your sFTP password, you must first log in to https://admin.savvii.nl. Then follow these steps:

1. In the overview of your packages, click on the site where you want to reset your sFTP password.

2. Click on the 'Access' tab

3. Click on 'Reset password' 

4. Click on 'Close'

NOTE!: This is the only time you will see your new password. It can take up to 10 minutes before your new password is active.
