SSH Access

Our servers are accessible using SSH, our default port is 2222.

You can connect to our servers using a domain name as the hostname or IP address of the hosting account. If you don't have DNS configured yet, use the IP address provided by your hosting provider.

We do not enforce an IP whitelisting policy, so you can connect from any IP address.

To access our servers, please provide your username and password (for password authentication) or your public SSH key (for key-based authentication).

We have brute force protection that can block your IP if you fail to login multiple times consecutively. You may need to contact us for help unblocking your IP address.

To add a public SSH key for key-based authentication, use our CLI tool mnage and provide the public key like this:

mnage ssh:add "[SSH public key]"
