Forgot your password?

Go to the webmail login page to request a password reset.

1. Go to mail.savvii.email and click on Forgot Password .

2. Enter the email address for which you have forgotten the password and click Send instructions by SMS .  If there is no phone number  linked to your mailbox,  click here .

3. You will receive an SMS on the phone number linked to the email address. In the SMS message you will receive a 'Reset Token'. Enter this on the web page under 'Reset Token', and fill in the remaining fields with the email address and the new password. Click Save  to apply the change.

Password requirements

A password is considered secure if it does not appear in a list of leaked passwords. We recommend using a minimum length of 12 characters, including a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.

Change current password

To change a password, first log in to your email account on webmail.

1. Go to mail.savvii.email and log in with your email address and password.

2. Click on Settings.  Then click on Change behind 'Password' .

3. First enter your old password under 'Current password'. Then enter a new password under 'New password'.

4. Click Save. Your password has now been changed. 

The password has been changed. You can log in to the webmail with your new details and manage your account.
