Why share your Cloudflare account?

To effectively intervene against malicious bot traffic, our team may require access to your Cloudflare account. This access enables us to create, modify, and optimize security rules that help detect, prevent, and mitigate bot attacks while minimizing the impact on legitimate users.

Note: Access is strictly reserved for emergency threat mitigation (e.g., deploying WAF rules or enabling Under Attack mode). We will not use this access to manage or modify any other account settings. For other configuration changes please contact your developer.

How to Invite Our Team to Your Cloudflare Account

1. Sign in to your Cloudflare dashboard.
2. Select the account that contains the website(s) you would like us to manage.
3. Navigate to Manage Account → Members.
4. Click Invite Member.
5. Enter our e-mail address: performance@savvii.com
6. Assign the appropriate role or custom permissions, ensuring access includes:
   • Firewall/WAF management
   • Zone Settings management (required for Under Attack Mode and other security features)
7. Review the permissions and click Invite.
8. Let us know once the invitation has been sent so we can accept it.

Once access is granted, our team will be able to implement and maintain security controls, including firewall rules, bot mitigation measures, and Under Attack Mode when required to protect your website from malicious traffic.
